Breathwork is, and can be for, for everyone! There's a technique to suit every requirement: grounding, relaxation, clarity, energy, focus, to aid sleep; the list is endless.
Unlike adults, children are already well versed in breathing optimally (we can sometimes find ourselves chest breathing, or taking small sips of breath, once we hit our teens and beyond...) so breathwork can be used most beneficially to calm and is particularly useful for anxious children or those with ADHD. Accurate use of breathwork will send messages to the brain to calm and focus- there are a wide range of beautiful child-friendly techniques that can aid with this.
